Return & Refund Policy – StoreMela (India)

1. Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return or complaint request within 3 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
Return or refund is applicable only if:
Wrong product delivered (different from order).
Wrong size delivered (not as ordered).
Product received is damaged or defective.
Item(s) missing from the package.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with intact seal, tags, labels, and accessories.
Products with broken seal, opened packaging, or signs of use will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is compulsory for claims related to damage, wrong item, or missing products. The video must clearly show:
The unopened package with shipping label.
Continuous recording without cuts.
Visible proof of the issue.
Claims without proper video evidence may be rejected.
4. Exchange Policy
If StoreMela ships a wrong or defective product, we will arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost.
If the customer orders the wrong product/size by mistake, return shipping and reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Used, washed, altered, or damaged-by-customer products.
Products without original packaging or broken seal.
Items returned after the allowed time period.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
7. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer/UPI after collecting necessary details.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
