1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of StoreMela. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

StoreMela operates as a multi-vendor marketplace where independent sellers list and sell products directly to customers.

2. Sellers & Product Listings

• Sellers must have legal authority to sell listed products.
• Products must be genuine and must not violate third-party rights.
• StoreMela reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders may be prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD orders may require telephonic confirmation before processing.
• StoreMela may cancel orders suspected of fraud, pricing error, or suspicious activity.
• Repeated failed deliveries may result in account restrictions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery timeline is 7 days (may extend to 7–10 days).
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times only.
• If delivery exceeds 10 days (excluding valid exceptions), 5% product value may be credited to StoreMela Wallet.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Claims may require valid proof such as unboxing video. StoreMela reserves the right to reject invalid claims.

6. User Conduct

• No abusive language, harassment, or false complaints.
• No misuse of refund or delivery systems.
• Fraudulent activity may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the platform are the property of StoreMela or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

StoreMela may provide links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party actions or content.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis.
• StoreMela is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the product value paid.

10. Advertisements

Advertisements on the platform are for informational purposes only. StoreMela does not guarantee advertiser claims.

11. Force Majeure

StoreMela shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, or logistics disruptions.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold StoreMela harmless from any claims arising from violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Modification of Terms

StoreMela reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
