Standard delivery time is 7 days. Orders may be delivered earlier depending on location.
Due to public holidays or unforeseen logistics issues, delivery may extend up to 7–10 days.
If an order is not delivered even after 10 days (excluding valid exceptions), StoreMela will credit 5% of the product price to the customer’s StoreMela Wallet as compensation.
Shipping charges are weight-based and may vary depending on delivery pincode.
Free shipping eligibility depends on the specific product and will be shown at checkout.
The courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful after three attempts, no further attempts will be made.
In such cases, the customer may be marked under a monitoring/suspicious list, and future orders may experience delays or restrictions.
Address changes are not possible once pickup has been scheduled or courier has been assigned.

Order cancellation is allowed only if the order has not been confirmed or processed.
If tracking status is stuck or shipment appears lost, an investigation period of up to 10 business days will apply.
Once confirmed as lost, resolution (refund/replacement) will be decided on a case-to-case basis.
All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints, natural events, public holidays, or operational challenges.
Currently, StoreMela does not offer international shipping.
